Kumbhkaran, also known as Kumbhakarna, was a character in the Hindu epic Ramayana. He was the younger brother of the demon king Ravana and was known for his immense size and strength. Kumbhkaran was also known for his insatiable hunger and his ability to sleep for long periods of time. Legend has it that Kumbhkaran was born to the sage Vishrava and his wife, Kaikesi, who was the daughter of the demon king Sumali.
